As a first time home owner, it can be extremely daunting to find maintenance services that don't upsell, up charge, or require frequent visits to get the job done right. Hunter Rain Cutters has proven so far to be that right choice and my wife and I feel we made a good choose doing business with them. Will update my review after the rainy season, but I've got a good feeling. My home is in fair shape. But it's been a few years and it was time to have the rain gutters, rain chain, and some other parts looked at. Every time I heard a creak, saw a leak, or watched my rain chain fail to do its job I just dreaded the idea of a $500 trip to Home Depot just for a quick fix. Hunter and I got in touch and set up a date and time for a quick inspection, which worked with my odd schedule as I have a lot going on with work/life, and he took the time to take note of my concerns regarding my rain gutters. Dale came by to inspect the property and was very polite, patient, and progression. Although the whole crew I met were fantastic, Dale was really the one who sealed the deal as he did his best to work within my budget, took serious note of immediate issues and explained things without technobabble or trying to upsell me. He was very courteous and made me feel like a valued customer and member of the community instead of type of sales people looking to nickel and dime folks. My wife and I were emailed the final proposal which was still in our budget so we agreed to do business. Cody and Donovan were the team that came to do the job and they were very respectful to my requests as I was working from home. Aside from some light drilling and hammering the noise was not a bother. They walked with my around my property to make sure all looked good and to show me what was cleaned out, replaced, or repaired. Everything looks shiny and new. Although it has not rained yet I'm confident they did a great job, all I'll update my review with some pics once I see all the new parts in action. I highly recommend Hunter Rain Gutters for their professionalism, courtesy, and for saving me from having to sit through YouTube videos to find out what I should be worrying about with home fixes.

I hired Cody and hunter rain gutters to install some missing rain Gutters on my new 20 year old home that were missing. I had asked multiple contractors to come out and give me a bid, however, Cody was the only one who followed through. Cody gave me an estimate and I had him just finished the install yesterday. They showed up on time was able to complete the job in one day and I had a on the fly change that they were able to meet at a very reasonable price. If you are considering hiring a contractor. We had Cody and his team here today. They put new gutters and downspouts on the entire house. They were respectful of our property, answered all of our questions and even made some adjustment for us to the downspouts. They were very personable, and great to work with. It is the first time we have used Hunter Rain Gutters. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for the great work Cody! P.S. They even brought our trash cans back to the house before they left. WOW!

The builders of our home didn't setup one of our rain gutters properly and water was damaging the siding. Cody came out and told me what they would do and gave an estimate. Less than a week later 2 nice guys came out and did just that. They were on time, professional, and did great work. I'm totally satisfied with the outcome.

Cody responded to my request quickly and provided pictures and an explanation of the repairs that were done. They did a great job and I would call them again.

I reached out to Cody for an estimate on my house. He was able to come out same day and give me two quotes. He was easy to work with on the phone. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to hire someone to replace your gutters.
